A very large bakery branch. Well equipped with lots of seating inside and out. There are two large fully automatic coffee machines that run almost around the clock. There are several coffee classics to choose from. There is also a choice of fresh fruit shakes. In addition, the typical inexpensive particles, sandwiches, breads, etc., etc., etc.. Just a few minutes' walk from Saarbrücken main station, in the middle of the pedestrian zone. Highly recommended.

Incomprehensible! Employee unnecessarily touched just about every single baked goods and every roll in the display with her bare hands (to place them correctly?!?). She dealt with her cell phone and change beforehand. Generally partly unkempt and above all unfriendly staff. Never again!

Whenever we go to Saarbrücken, at the end of the day the route leads past the Back factory. This is a must because the cake here tastes indescribably delicious. You can taste the high quality ingredients and the love of baking. On approx. 60 square meters, buyers and shop assistants romp about quickly serving their customers. I'm in the middle of a cake bazaar. Since I always stand in the shop like a little boy, I cannot list the multitude of cakes and breads. It's really impressive. But I can tell you that I ate a piece of poppy seed cake yesterday. Approx. 10x10 in size and weighs 400 grams. Yes, I trumpet it. Come and try your own piece of cake. Sincerely, Knuth
